Allow me to say thank you to all who served as Club, Country and District Officers during the Rotary Year 2009-10. It has been a great year for me and I presume it was the same to all who enjoyed serving as Rotarians. This is the Rotary way which I think is great and other institutions should follow, serve for a limited period of time and transfer your responsibility to the next one assigned.
